Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, we draw attention to our cancellation policy, which you also confirm when you book your appointment online.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours BEFORE the start of the treatment. Should the accident happen, and you are urgently prevented, we try to do everything to sell your time. If we not, you will be invoiced DKK 500.
In case of cancellation LATER than 24 hours before the start of the treatment, DKK 500 will be charged. This will be required in advance of your new appointment.
Non-attendance
In case of no-show WITHOUT cancellation, 100% of the price of the treatment will be charged. By not showing up for your appointment, you deprive us of pay and another customer’s opportunity for treatment. You will therefore be invoiced for the full price of the treatment.
Delay
If you are late for the agreed time, we will do our best to treat you in the remaining time, however, note that the full amount will be charged.
How do you notify?
You can cancel your appointment by calling +45 28 14 78 21 or cancel/rebook your appointment via our online booking.
Cancellation for the same day can only be made by phone – call us on +45 28 14 78 21.
Booking/cancellation outside our opening hours is referred to our online booking.
ATTENTION!
It is NOT possible to cancel or book an appointment via SMS or email. If you cancel via these, a fee of DKK 500 will be charged.
